I know, this portion is meant to celebrate the love of Elise and Geoff, but as I reflect on this moment today, I can’t help but think of my own journey as a photographer. A year ago, I had the honor of capturing their engagement—such a special moment for them. What makes it even more meaningful is that they were only the third couple I photographed since I decided to pursue this path.

At that time, I was still figuring out whether photography should be a part of my life. I was torn between following my passion or dedicating myself fully to climbing the corporate ladder. But after a few more shoots, including Elise and Geoff’s, I realized this was the path I was meant to follow. Photography became more than a career choice—it became my heart’s work.
